No commercial purpose
The company exists to carry out projects that are not run for gain. It pursues no profit motive, has generated no profit, and distributes none.
The HUB is one such project. It is offered free of charge, nothing is sold through it, and the operator draws no income from it.
What this site is
This site exists so that the owners of the community can register for the HUB. It is offered free of charge and without any commercial interest: nothing is sold here, and nothing is charged for.
Responsibility for content
Content created by the provider is offered with care but without warranty of accuracy or completeness. What members contribute inside the HUB is theirs; documents they upload are reviewed before other members can see them, and the provider removes content once made aware of a breach of the law or of the terms of use.
Consumer dispute resolution
The provider is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
